Church View is nestled in the heart of the coastal village of Brancaster on the North Norfolk Coast with magnificent views down to the church from the spectacular garden which would be an idyllic spot to enjoy a lazy sunny afternoon, this modern day retreat makes the perfect place for any holiday with family and friends.

This breath-taking property offers the epitome of modern, minimal living set in a stunning garden with flexible ground floor living space consisting of living room with a modern contemporary feel and double doors inviting you outside to the sheltered patio area. There are 4 beautifully presented bedrooms, making this property a spacious and well-appointed example of a modern Norfolk holiday cottage.

Outside

The front garden is mainly laid to lawn and bordered with Lavender, leading to the sheltered patio area at the side and through to the gated rear garden which has a tiered lawn, fruit trees and garden room. The garden room has the added bonus of shower room facilities and table tennis table. Outside of the garden room you have the perfect spot to enjoy some alfresco dining whilst also providing children with a safe, enclosed area to roam in.

Living area

The sitting room with wood burning stove leads from front to rear via double doors inviting the outside in. The cherry on the top must be the stunning modern, light and airy kitchen fitted with high tech appliances including a Nespresso coffee machine, family dining space and bi-fold doors tempting you outside. The utility room keeps all of your laundry facilities separate from the kitchen and perfectly complements the practical living space.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The galleried landing welcomes you to the master suite that boasts dual aspect views affording lots of natural light, built in double wardrobes and en-suite, four piece bathroom with a modern, contemporary feel.

The rear twin bedroom has views to the church and built in wardrobe, the family bathroom is well appointed with a four piece suite including double walk in shower and heated towel rail.

The spacious king size bedroom at the front features built in wardrobes and en-suite shower room.

The final bedroom sits central to the first floor and reflects the attention to detail that this house is proud to show.

Both villages have been formed around the ‘coast road’ (A149) and can easily be explored by walking the pathways that link the two together. You will find excellent places to eat, offering locally caught produce from the harbour at Brancaster Staithe.

Fantastic, beautiful and well equipped house. We've loved taking walks to te beach in the evening and coming home for a fab family meal! The Ship restaurant just round the corner has great food at a reasonable price. Its been a lovely break and we've felt so at home and relaxed here.
