Introduction

Cranmer Hall Orangery is a beautifully appointed retreat perfect for up to four guests. Part of a Grade II listed barn that dates back to 1752 and was converted in 2014, this is the perfect retreat for family adventures. Beach escapes and nature reserve days, pub lunches and brewery tours, long coastal ambles and down the road royal homes. And at the end of the day, it’s roll top baths filled with bubbles, wholesome moments around the log burner and the clink of drinks as you soak up every shade of sunset. This is Norfolk done right.

Inside

This delightful property offers two comfortable bedrooms, one with an en-suite and the other serviced by a modern shower room. The spacious living area includes a cosy lounge with a wood burner, ideal for relaxing evenings, and a large dining area with French doors that open onto the garden, allowing natural light to flood the room. There is an adjoining TV snug, perfect for unwinding with your favourite shows. The well-equipped kitchen is designed for easy meal preparation, making this an ideal space for families or couples seeking a tranquil getaway in a rural setting.

Outside

The south facing garden is mostly laid to lawn with fruit trees, herbaceous boarders and lavender hedging. There is a large patio area with table and bench seating and a charcoal BBQ (fuel not included) where you can enjoy the peaceful setting with lovely open countryside views.

There is also ample off-road parking available.

Please note that the main entrance driveway is shared between Cranmer Hall Orangery and Cranmer Hall Barn. It is possible that there will be guests occupying the adjoining Barn simultaneously so please be mindful of other guests and neighbouring residents.

Please also note that while the property is dog friendly, the grounds are not secure so some dogs could get out onto the surrounding fields. We recommend keeping dogs on leads as much as possible.
