Set just a stone’s throw from the sandy beach in the village of Old Hunstanton, Hip Nautic is as stunning inside as it is outside! This vogueish property has been beautifully designed and thoughtfully furnished with a keen eye for detail. Offering luxurious, modern living for up to 10 guests in a fabulous location, this is the perfect property for those looking for a private family coastal holiday. Oh, and the dogs can come too – why should they miss out!

Inside

Offering contemporary, luxury living, this vibrant property is spacious and light with all the living areas having floor to ceiling glass doors providing views of the attractive rear garden. In the warmer months, these doors can be opened up to make the most of the warm sea air! Hip Nautic is very well-equipped, you will not want for anything while you are here. The open plan kitchen/dining room is great for socialising together before retiring to the comfortable lounge to relax around the cosy wood burner while watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV. The five bedrooms provide everyone with their own private space where you can escape and leave all your troubles behind!

Outside

At the front of the property there is off-road parking for up to 5 cars on the gravel driveway. There is a large gate across the driveway to offer extra security.

At the rear of the property there is a very attractive, large, enclosed garden. This gorgeous garden is south facing so basks in the sunshine all day! The large patio area that stretches across the back of the property provides the perfect place to relax long into the warm summer evenings enjoying al fresco dining at its finest! There is also a firepit for you to use that you can also cook on as a BBQ. In addition to this there is an external Wood Burner to keep you warm during the lighter evenings too!

​Take a short stroll down the road and you will be on the expansive sandy beach in just 2 minutes! You are also within walking distance of the village shop and post office as well as a selection of pubs/restaurants!

Room Descriptions

Kitchen/Diner

The beautiful open-plan kitchen/dining room has a large, vaulted ceiling and offers ample space for your party to come together and spend some quality time together. Stunningly designed with contemporary furnishings, exposed brick walls and a wall of floor to ceiling glass sliding doors, this room is packed with style and full of natural light. In the warmer months you can also open the wall of sliding doors and unify the interior and exterior spaces.

The head chef in the group will enjoy cooking up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen while enjoying the views of the attractive rear garden. Here you will find everything you need all in one place, including an integrated fridge freezer, built-in oven and microwave, separate ceramic hob, integrated dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, Quooker Tap, smoothie maker and a large sink set into the central island. Attached to the kitchen there is also a separate pantry with an additional under counter freezer and a separate wine fridge.

Overlooking the gorgeous rear garden, the large solid wood dining table offers plenty of space to comfortably seat up to 10 guests for a formal sit-down meal. You can relax here long into the evening enjoying nice wine and good conversation before retiring to the cosier lounge area.

There is also a separate utility/laundry room located just off the entrance hall where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Lounge

The light and spacious stylish lounge offers a large comfy sofa, separate armchair, and attractive grey brick fireplace, providing the perfect space to relax in whatever time of year you choose to stay! In the Summer you can open the 2 large sets of French doors either side of the fireplace onto the large patio area, or in the winter months you can close yourself away and snuggle around the roaring wood burner while enjoying your favourite TV series on Netflix.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

There are 5 individually designed, chic bedrooms set over the two floors of this house as well as 3 lavish en suites and 1 family shower room.

Bedroom 1

Set on the ground floor, this naturalistic bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, free standing wardrobe, and an en suite with a corner shower, marble bowl hand basin and a WC.

Bedroom 2

Positioned at the end of the hallway on the ground floor, this room is furnished with a ‘Bedknobs and Broomsticks’ style king size bed, full length mirror and its own en suite with a shower over bath, marble bowl hand basin, storage drawers, WC and a heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 3

Located on the ground floor, the peaceful twin-bedded room has been decorated using a minimalist design with cool, clean lines. This room has shared use of the family shower room.

Bedroom 4

Located on the ground floor, this room has been furnished with a king size bed, offering a place to relax in tranquillity. This room has shared use of the family shower room.

Family Shower room

The stunning family shower room services bedrooms 3 and 4 and offers a corner shower, marble bowl hand basin, storage drawers, WC and a heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 5

Located on the first floor is the spacious master bedroom, offering a super king size bed, a relaxed reading area, a dressing table with mirror and storage drawers located in the base of the bed. There is also a large en suite with a walk-in shower, twin marble sinks, storage drawers, WC, and a heated towel radiator.

Old Hunstanton is the perfect base for discovering everything that North West Norfolk has to offer, with its stunning sandy beach, sand dunes and pretty beach huts. There is also an excellent?18-hole golf course. Some of the very best links courses that the UK can offer can be found right on the doorstep, including the Royal West Norfolk golf course at Brancaster (just a five-minute drive away).? All of these golf clubs combine a great game of golf with stunning Norfolk coastal scenery.

Enjoy a delicious meal out at the Michelin starred Neptune Inn or The Lodge Hotel or Mariners pub/restaurant.

Neighbouring Hunstanton town offers plenty of fun for the whole family and the Sealife Sanctuary is well worth a visit along with a trip on the Wash Monster, a visit to the fun fair or a round of crazy golf.? For those wanting more adrenaline, enjoy one of the many activities on offer at the water sports centre.

Had a brilliant stay at Hip Nautic. Such a wonderful house ideal for a family get together. We were blessed with some amazing weather which made our days even more memorable. Thank you for providing those little additional touches in the house, decorated and designed with beautiful taste. Had lovely meals particularly at The Lifeboat and the Gin Trap, which was exceptional. We will definitely be booking another stay at Hip Nautic. So much to do inthe area. Thank you

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for the most relaxing half term week. We've enjoyed our long walks on the beach, lots of fish and chips and recommending the incredible restaurants which were on offer (The Orange Tree was our absolute favorite). Your house is so beautiful, warm and inviting, that we are so sad to be leaving, but we are already hatching plans for a return visit. We loved our time in Norfolk, in this beautiful house by the sea. This place is just amazing, there's no where we would rather be. A family gathering we had here, we had no idea what was in store, the best house we've ever stayed in we couldn't of asked for more. No one wants to leave here. 'Thoroughly enjoyed our week in this lovely house. Lots of walks on the beach, pub lunches and the best crab sandwich from the Norfolk deli in Hunstanton. The best meal was out at The Orange Tree in Thornham. Crabbing in Wells was fun.'

'Thank you for a special birthday! What a wonderful week, fabulous house, weather... well, we won't dwell on that. There's only been the 2 of us here... we weren't allowed to bring the tribe in the end. A few weeks too early from mixing. However, we will be back.
