With nowhere to be but by the sea, Lobster Pot is a rarity; a peaceful place that marries exposed brick and coastal charm with a life of gentle adventure. Wander down the cobbled streets in search of a cute coffee shop, watch the sunrise dance across the tide, scoff pastries for elevenses and then head along the sea wall, past the rocking boats, through the belt of pine trees and out into the hut-lined beach of endless golden sand. And when you're done, head back home with the freshest of fish n' chips to chomp on as you snuggle up on the love seat and watch the storms roll in; your cue to chuck some more kindling on the fire.

Furnished to a high standard, Lobster Pot Cottage offers a peaceful coastal retreat in which to relax while still being close to the action. Conveniently located within walking distance to the vibrant quayside, award-winning beach, children’s parks, shops, amusements, and renowned pubs and restaurants, there is plenty to keep everyone entertained right on your doorstep! If you want to venture outside of the town, you needn’t even use your car, instead you can jump on the Coast Hopper bus and tour the stunning Norfolk coastline. Dogs are welcome to join you on your seaside holiday but must be kept downstairs in the property.Inside
Using a colour palette synonymous with the North Norfolk coast and combining natural materials with modern furnishings. Light and comfortable and thoughtfully designed using artwork from local artisan producers, this property has everything you need to set you up for a week by the sea.Outside
Adjacent to the dining table, you have a small set of steps that take you up to, and then out of, the large bifold doors that lead to the enclosed courtyard at the rear of Lobster Pot Cottage. The courtyard garden is a real sun trap and is well protected from the sea wind, making it the perfect place to relax. Offering privacy from neighbouring properties, the courtyard is especially good for al fresco dining in the warmer months. Fire up the charcoal BBQ and enjoy those long summer evenings relaxing in peace and quiet on the garden table and chairs. Please do note, although the courtyard is enclosed it does contain a low wall.There is off-road parking at the front of the property for small 1 car while additional roadside parking can be found at the entrance from the main road, with the extra option of the pay and display car park just a little further up the road.

Room Descriptions
Living Space and Kitchen
Upon entering Lobster Pot Cottage, you find yourself in the lounge at the front of the building. Here you will have plenty of comfortable seating for your party to gather on and relax after a long day of exploration. The room also provides a TV with NOW TV including Netflix access, Sky Cinema and Disney +, a DVD player and has an electric imitation wood-burner.Rather conveniently, you also have a ‘boot room’ in which you can store your outside clothing and sandy shoes.
The open plan kitchen and dining area offers a well-lit and restful space, ideal for a coffee with the morning paper. Included in the inventory, you have the use of a Nutribullet, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included), in addition to the gas oven, hob, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a built-in washer/dryer.
The dining area is beautifully light and offers a dining table capable of seating 4 hungry guests while looking out onto the rear courtyard. Here you will also find a range of items for you to use making it feel like a real home away from home, including picnic stuff, games for the children, books to read and binoculars to use.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Both bedrooms are found on the first floor landing and are only a few steps from the master bathroom.The master bedroom offers a comfy double bed and is decorated in relaxing seaside tones. Ample storage is available for those with large suitcases! The room also has a window overlooking the front of the property, from which you can glimpse the pinewoods lining the edge of Wells beach.
The cosy second bedroom also overlooks the front of the property and features two small single beds and is perfect for youngsters.
The master bathroom is furnished with a large bath with handheld shower attachment, a separate large shower, WC, hand basin and a heated towel rail. Please be aware that the ceiling height in parts of this room is restricted to 5 ft. but the use of the bath and shower is relatively unimpeded. Built-in speakers also service the room, allowing you to create a haven away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Special mention must go to the lovely ceramic floor tiles (a particular favourite!).
