It’s time to disappear to the coast, and into a cottage where the slower pace just feels right. Drawn-out lie-ins to the sound of birds chirping, sandy-toe walks through the shallows of a nearby beach, curling up by the fire with a battered book and watching the sky turn burnt orange from a bubble bath. That’s life at Marjorie Cottage. A carrstone and flint retreat hiding on the edge of a world full of multi-hued cliffs, historical houses, honey-coloured villages, coastal walks, samphire-full saltmarshes and exceptional food. In short, a wilderness paradise.
