Vaulted timber ceilings and exposed beams create a wonderful sense of openness, while raw flint walls, warm oak finishes and tactile natural textures soften the space with an understated elegance. The gardens create a setting that feels both intimate and expansive. Wide glazed doors lead onto a sun-drenched terrace where mornings begin quietly with coffee outdoors and evenings drift easily into alfresco suppers beneath the star studded sky. Surrounded by softly planted borders, wildflowers and sweeping lawns, the space feels wonderfully private without ever feeling enclosed.
Every angle has been thoughtfully designed to draw you into the landscape, from the flower-lined pathways and sculptural planting to the sheltered dining area made for lingering over good food and wine. As daylight softens, the entire setting takes on a slower, more atmospheric feel; peaceful, restorative and made entirely for two.
There is off-road parking just outside of the walled garden.
Guests can also enjoy the wood-fired sauna and outdoor shower, adding a luxurious spa-like element to countryside stays. Designed by renowned sauna specialists Konga and handcrafted in Lithuania, this architect-designed sauna was one of the first of its kind in the UK, bringing authentic Nordic sauna culture to the heart of North Norfolk. Available exclusively for private hire as an add-on to your stay, the sauna comfortably seats up to four guests and offers a wonderfully relaxing way to unwind during your escape. Private sauna sessions are available at £65 per session.

During warmer months, throw open the doors and let the garden become an extension of the living space, while cooler evenings invite you to curl up beside the crackling log burner beneath the warm ambient lighting.
The beautifully equipped kitchen features a Smeg fridge freezer, additional drinks fridge, induction hob and oven, toaster, kettle, cafetiere, and milk frother, making everything from slow breakfasts to indulgent suppers a pleasure to prepare. A stylish dining area sits at the heart of the cabin, while the comfortable lounge space offers the perfect setting to unwind with a glass of wine, a favourite film on the Smart TV or music through the Sonos sound system.

Separated by just a few peaceful steps through the garden, the luxurious bedroom suite offers a wonderfully private sanctuary to retreat to at the end of the day. Designed with comfort and tranquillity in mind, the spacious cabin features a sumptuous super king-size bed dressed in crisp linens, perfectly positioned so you can wake slowly to uninterrupted views across your own private walled garden.Fully insulated and centrally heated, the bedroom remains wonderfully cosy during winter stays, while French doors and a ceiling fan keep the space cool and airy throughout the summer months. Furnished with a sumptuous super king-size bed, chests of drawers, built-in wardrobe, relaxed seating and a TV.
The beautifully finished en suite shower room creates a boutique hotel feel, featuring a walk-in rainfall shower with additional hand-held shower attachment, hand basin and WC, offering a calming and indulgent space to refresh and unwind.
