Annexe:

Set just across the shared entrance courtyard you will find a practical utility room with additional cupboard storage, a sink, washing machine and tumble dryer for all your laundry needs. This is also a useful space for storing your wet and sandy beach wear!

Bedroom 1: This first floor master bedroom epitomises sophistication and comfort. With a king size bed positioned perfectly to maximise the breath-taking sea views, an open wardrobe, a cosy armchair, and an original feature fireplace, it provides a harmonious balance between modern amenities and classic charm.

The combination of the walk-in rainfall shower, separate bath with a hand-held shower attachment, hand basin, WC, and heated towel rail creates a comprehensive and opulent bathing space.

Annexe Shower Room: Set in the annexe across the entrance courtyard there is an additional shower room which is ideal for washing off your salty swimsuits and sandy toes after exploring the creeks and salt marshes. Equipped with a walk-in shower, hand basin, WC, and a heated towel rail.

There is also a WC located on the ground floor.
