Thoughtfully designed and furnished throughout, the open plan living area makes a great social space for the family to gather, while the three bedrooms offer ultimate comfort for guests to relax, recharge and unwind. In the summer you can unify the interior and exterior spaces by opening up the bifold doors, or in the winter you can hunker down around the roaring wood burner.Inside

To the rear of the property there is a lovely fully enclosed garden offering a peaceful sanctuary in which to relax and while the days away. The patio area offers seating for up to 6 guests as well as a BBQ in the summer months, perfect for those warm, light evenings. There is also a lawn area edged with wooden sleeper beds filled with pretty plants, and in the corner, there is a swinging chair to relax on and enjoy the peaceful country air.At the front of the property there are 2 off-road parking spaces located on the gravel driveway.

The beautifully light open plan living space is comprised of a kitchen, dining, and lounge area, making it a great social space to spend time together as a family while also being able to enjoy your individual pursuits. There are also 2 sets of bi-fold doors and a set of French doors that can all be opened up to unify the indoor and outdoor spaces.The modern kitchen area is very well-equipped with everything you will need and more. Featuring an integrated oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and more. There is also an adjoining ‘laundry cupboard’ where you will find the washer/dryer and a counter-top ice machine, perfect for those G & T’s!
A stylish dining area opens to a lush garden through French doors, flooding the space with natural light. At the centre, a sleek dining table doubles as a pool table – its top lifts to reveal a velvet-lined playing surface with cues and accessories. The seamless blend of sophistication and fun makes it perfect for dinner parties that flow into casual games, all with a serene garden backdrop.
The lounge area has 2 comfortable sofas for you to sink into while enjoying some entertainment on the Smart TV or playing some family boardgames. In the winter you can fire up the wood burner to make the room extra cosy!
There is also a ground floor cloakroom with a WC. Here you can also tidily store your coats and shoes away.
