Introduction

Luna Beach is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom property that has been finished to the highest standard, nestled in the coastal village of Thornham. Offering stunning 180 degree panoramic views of Thornham’s marshes and the rolling waves beyond. Wake up to the big Norfolk skies, be mesmerised by the slowly sinking sunsets or even enjoy a bit of stargazing! From here you are within walking distance of the 2 restaurants within the village as well as the coastal path leading to the secluded beach. Offering accommodation for up to 6 guests with a sociable open plan living area including a wood burning stove, an enclosed garden, off-road parking, and it is dog friendly, this property really does tick all the right boxes! With a well-designed stylish interior, we are sure you will love this welcoming home away from home!

Inside

The ground floor is the real hub of the house providing an open plan social living area where you can enjoy quality time together. Perfect anytime of year, you can snuggle in front of the roaring wood burning stove, or in the warmer summer months you can open the bifold doors and invite the coastal sea breeze in. The three luxurious bedrooms are set over the first and second floors and provide a sanctuary in which to let your troubles melt away. Each bedroom is serviced with its own bathroom. The top floor bedroom suite boasts 180 degree panoramic views of the coastline with a telescope to enhance your stargazing, and if you are lucky you may even get to witness the Aurora Borealis, which has been sighted from Thornham!

Outside

The rear garden is fully enclosed and has been designed by an RHS Chelsea Garden Show garden designer, including a tear-drop lawn, beautiful planting, brick paved patio areas with al fresco seating and a gas BBQ.
There is off-road parking for 2 cars at the rear of the property located behind the garage and by the rear entrance gate/side wall.

Living Area

The open plan living area comprises a kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge.

The contemporary kitchen is perfect for any keen cook and is well-equipped with a large range cooker with hob, ceramic sink recessed into the marble worktop, built-in microwave, integrated fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, and a wine fridge with 2 temperature zones for Champagne, Red & White Wine.

The dining area is the ideal place to gather for a home cooked meal with a banquette set against a panelled wall and large wooden dining table, set beside the bifold doors with views over the lovely rear garden.

The cosy lounge has a subtle colour pallet which creates a calm, warm inviting space to relax and unwind. The two large comfy sofas provide the perfect spot for your party to gather, and on cooler coastal evenings you can snuggle up in front of the roaring wood burner. There is also a large Smart TV for you to enjoy all of your favourite TV shows, or just Netflix and chill.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor, the master bedroom features an indigo blue panelled wall with a comfy super king size bed, walk-in wardrobe, freestanding chest of drawers, Smart TV with Sky, and an en suite with a large walk-in shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor at the front of the property, the master bedroom features a king size bed (which is zip and link so can be set as a twin upon request when booking), walk-in wardrobe, and a Smart TV with Sky. This room is serviced by the family bathroom next door.

Family Bathroom: The contemporary styled bathroom features a rainfall shower over the bath, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.

Bedroom 3: Set on the second floor in the eaves of the house this bedroom suite features a king size bed, dressing table with stool and mirror, a Smart TV with Sky, and an en suite with a corner shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator. The best feature of this room is the stunning 180 degree panoramic views of the coastline. You can even open the large Velux and use the telescope to enhance your stargazing experience!

There is also a separate WC located on the ground floor just off the hallway.

Thornham village sits in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and visitors can enjoy excellent views of the coast from the chalk ridges that lie just inland, before descending onto the saltmarshes and beaches of the coastline. Thornham has an excellent array of pubs and restaurants as well as the shops, deli and famous fish and chips at Drove Orchards, which makes a great spot to visit and well worth dropping into as you meander down the coast.

Holkham beach is beautiful, Sandringham is a nice day out with a lovely play area which our 3 year old adored! We loved how Luna beach is furnished and had everything we needed in this spotless house. Hope to stay again!
