Hideaway is that coastal cottage that comes to life whatever the weather. Introduction

As its name suggests, Hideaway is nestled away in a small and exclusive development in the beating heart of Brancaster. This chic, contemporary retreat has everything you need for a luxury coastal getaway, offering peace and tranquillity whilst being situated just a shells throw from the expansive sands of Brancaster beach. The property itself offers plenty of space so that you can come together with your group or enjoy your individual pursuits without missing out on the action! Perfect any time of year, Hideaway accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, an enclosed garden, off-road parking, and your doggies are welcome too!

If you are looking to locate multiple families close together then you can book this property in conjunction with First Wave, Saltwater or Skippers, all of which are in the same development.

Inside

Having been stylishly furnished throughout, this generous property offers a spacious and light open plan kitchen, dining area and snug, perfect for socialising with your group. There is also a separate lounge offering cosy comfort where you can enjoy quality time with your loved ones. Just off the kitchen there is also a utility room and WC. On the first floor there are three individually designed bedrooms, one with an en suite shower room, and a separate family bathroom.

Outside

To the rear of the property there is a good sized fully enclosed garden offering a variety of seating areas. The Indian sandstone patio adjoining the house has a stylish bistro set for 2 and two comfy sun loungers, perfect for soaking up those summer rays. In the bottom corner of the garden there is a decked area with comfortable relaxed seating. There is also a gas BBQ for guests at use and the large central lawn is perfect for the kids and dogs to safely play and burn off their energy, running rings around the centrally positioned tree.

At the front of the property there is off-road parking on the gravel driveway for 2 - 3 cars.

Living Area

The ground floor open plan living area is a lovely light open space combining a kitchen, dining area, and snug, making this the perfect space for your family or friends to gather and spend quality time together, while still being able to enjoy your individual pursuits.

The contemporary kitchen, complete with a central island/breakfast bar, is well-equipped with a ceramic Belfast sink, built-in oven, built-in combi microwave, ceramic hob, integrated fridge-freezer, separate wine fridge, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine (pods not included), kettle and toaster. There are also 3 bar stools lining the central island making it ideal to use as a breakfast bar.

The adjacent dining area seats up to 6 guests around the stylish dining table. Here you can enjoy a sit-down meal together while looking out over the rear garden. In the summer you can also enjoy the warm air by opening the French doors onto the patio area and bringing the outside in! There is also an Apple Home Pod speaker located on the sideboard that you can use to really add to the ambience whilst dining.

Opposite the kitchen is the snug. This cosy corner is south facing and is furnished with a comfy chaise end sofa and a Smart TV – the ideal place to enjoy some quiet time watching your favourite programme or enjoying a good book and a glass of wine.

Just off the kitchen area there is a separate utility room where you will find an additional sink, washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is also a ground floor WC within the utility room.

Lounge

The separate lounge is the perfect room in which to sit back and relax in style! Here you can melt into the two large, comfy sofas to watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV or enjoy some family games and quality time together. In the summer you can open the French doors to make the most of the warm sea air and combine the interior and exterior spaces.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Head up the open-tread, wooden staircase and you will find a spacious landing area with a tranquil relaxed seating area.

Bedroom 1: With a high vaulted ceiling, this south facing bedroom at the front of the property is elegantly furnished with a double bed and a large built-in wardrobe. This room shares use of the family bathroom.

Bedroom 3: Overlooking the front of the property, the light and spacious master bedroom has been thoughtfully furnished and offers a four-poster king size bed, a large built-in wardrobe, and a large full-length mirror. This room also boasts its own modern en-suite shower room featuring a large rainfall effect shower and a separate hand-held shower attachment, WC, hand basin and heated towel radiator.

Family Bathroom: The contemporary family bathroom provides a large free-standing bath, separate rainfall shower with a hand-held shower attachment, WC, hand basin and a heated towel radiator.

Brancaster is one of the most sought-after coastal villages on the North Norfolk Coast with its heritage coastline and fine sandy beaches in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Famous for its mussels, the village has a very good public house, The Ship, a village store and post office, as well as tennis courts and a children’s play area less than 5 minutes walk away. There is also a footpath and bus stop adjacent to the Skippers Piece Close development. Burnham Market is about 4 miles away with its wide range of interesting shops, boutiques and restaurants. The Royal West Norfolk Golf Club is located in Brancaster with its fine links course. There are also sailing facilities at the harbour in neighbouring Brancaster Staithe.
