Introduction

This charming coastal brick and flint house is located in the heart of the beautiful village of Thornham. Extensions and refurbishments over the years have transformed this house to create a comfortable self-catering holiday retreat with four bedrooms, one en-suite, a family bathroom and downstairs shower room, with a very spacious open plan living/dining/kitchen area to boot. Holly House is beautifully furnished in a characterful, rustic, relaxed country style and is in easy reach of the harbour, beach, pubs and deli/cafes which make Thornham so popular throughout the year!

Fantastically appointed for families and can also be booked as a sleeps 4 when out of peak season (Oct - March)

Inside

Well located in the centre of the village, this comfortable cottage is light and bright throughout. On a warm summer’s day, fling open the French doors and let the sunshine in before preparing lunch for alfresco dining on the rear terrace. Alternatively, on a winter’s evening, snuggle down with a favourite film and let your toes be warmed in front of the wood burner.

The interiors are relaxed and perfectly practical for families wanting a seaside holiday in this wonderful part of North Norfolk. The large living area is full of treasured finds and comfortable furniture that complements the fabulous retro and contemporary touches, making this a quirky yet very relaxed haven after a day spent exploring the local beaches and coastal paths.

Outside

Relax in the south facing front garden where there is a patio area perfect for enjoying a glass of wine in the basking sunshine, and a raised lawn set adjacent to the gravel driveway. The front garden area is enclosed with the 5-bar gate closed. At the rear of the property there is a fully enclosed paved courtyard garden where you can dine al fresco when the weather permits.

There is off-street parking for two cars on the gravel driveway with further parking outside the property on the road if required. Please note there are two steps from the gravel driveway to the front door, as shown in the photos.
