Seaview Retreat is ideally located on the picturesque seafront at Hunstanton just a few hundred yards from the Lighthouse and a short walk from the stunning, unspoilt beach of Old Hunstanton. This penthouse apartment blends modern living with breath-taking, uninterrupted views across the Wash which is accessible via a lift. Enjoy those stunning autumnal sunsets with the Juliet balcony and a glass of wine or get in the water and learn a new activity with Hunstanton Water sports!

The open plan living space is perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together while the two comfortable bedrooms provide a space of solitude. There is 1 allocated off-road parking space with this apartment which is within a gated area.

Please note, dogs must be on leads when in all communal areas on site. Toilet breaks are to be taken on the grass area opposite, outside of the gated car park – where there are many dog bins provided.

Living Area

The living accommodation is situated at the front of the building taking full advantage of the sea views and offering guests the chance to relax and take it all in without even having to leave the apartment. With the ever-changing panoramic scene in front of you how could you ever tire of this!

The open plan living area gives a relaxed homely feel with all the practicalities of a home from home. Staged with comfy furnishings, widescreen TV, DVD player and telescope. The room also blends seamlessly into a dining table area with seating for four people.

The kitchen is well-equipped with electric oven and gas hob, integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a washing machine. You also have a full inventory of crockery and tableware. This area also benefits from the open plan nature of the property, whereby all guests can easily socialise, whatever they are doing.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

The penthouse apartment features two good sized bedrooms, both of which are serviced by their own bathrooms.

Bedroom 1

The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers, and an en suite bathroom featuring a bath and hand-held shower fitting over, hand basin, WC and heated towel radiator.

Offering full sized twin single beds, a free-standing chest of drawers and wall hanging space.

Quick guide to your location

There are two sides to Hunstanton; the main resort of Hunstanton is famed for its distinctive striped cliffs and fabulous beach which offers ideal conditions for playing in the sand, exploring rock pools and enjoying the sea. Only a mile further along the coast to Old Hunstanton, the quieter, more traditional face of the resort has more of a village feel with cottages built of Norfolk carrstone. You can walk from one resort to the other, enjoying the views of the beach and sea, and taking in the exhilarating water sports action of windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaking and paddle boarding that has become popular in this area.

Several fantastic golf courses can be found close to the property, these include the scenic links course that is just across the road in Old Hunstanton. Further afield you’ll also find challenging courses at Heacham and Brancaster.

For walkers the beautiful Norfolk Coast Path starts from Hunstanton and at nearby Holme-next-the-Sea you can also head inland through the heart of the idyllic West Norfolk countryside on the historic Peddars Way. The special environment of West Norfolk provides some of the finest nature reserves in the country and Hunstanton provides the perfect touring base for outstanding opportunities for bird watching at both RSPB reserves at Titchwell and Snettisham.
