Soft neutral tones, natural textures and carefully chosen furnishings create a luxurious yet welcoming feel, while the large wall-mounted Smart TV provides entertainment for cosy evenings indoors. Generous windows frame views towards the surrounding greenery and allow sunlight to pour into the room throughout the day.

Dining Area

Flowing seamlessly into the dining and kitchen areas, the space is ideal for gathering with family and friends. The large wooden dining table comfortably seats guests for relaxed breakfasts, long lunches and evening meals together, while the stylish breakfast bar with seating provides an additional sociable spot for morning coffee or pre-dinner drinks.

Kitchen

The contemporary kitchen is both sleek and exceptionally well-equipped, featuring soft blue cabinetry, wooden worktops and high-quality integrated appliances. There is also a large sink with flexi tap, integrated dishwasher, microwave, Opal coffee machine (pods not provided), kettle, and toaster.

Large skylights and windows flood the room with natural light, while doors at either end offer convenient access to the outside - ideal after sandy beach walks or countryside adventures with dogs.

The snug is a beautifully styled second sitting room, offering a calm and cosy retreat away from the main living area.
