Seagrass is a delightful coastal retreat set just around the corner from the beautiful unspoilt beach of Old Hunstanton. This stylish three-bedroom property offers everything you could want for a relaxing beach-based holiday; including a large garden, off-road parking, children and 1 well behaved dog are welcome, and it has its very own hot tub! With chic Californian styled design throughout, you are sure to feel welcome and comfortable in this relaxing beach retreat. Sleeping up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms this well-appointed house provides everything you will need for a relaxing stay.Outside
To the front of the property there is off-road parking for up to 3 cars.To the rear of the property there is a large decked area running along the back of the property. There is an al fresco dining area on the upper part of the decking with a table and chairs comfortably seating 6 guests. There is also a gas BBQ available for guests to use.
Head down to the lower tier of decking where you will find the luxurious hot tub! Why not have a pre-breakfast dip and enjoy listening to the morning bird song or pour yourself a glass of bubbly and have a celebratory soak long into the evening, maybe even under the stars! You can even enjoy listening to your own relaxing or romantic playlist while having a soak by connecting your device to the hot tub. Please note, we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be up to maximum temperature on the day of your arrival.
The large grassed area is perfect for the kids to play safely at their leisure. While the garden is enclosed by dense hedging, it is not secure for those expert canine escapologists within the group!
The beautiful sandy beach of Old Hunstanton is located just around the corner, less than a 5-minute walk away! You can even wash off the sand when you return home with the outdoor shower located on the decking at the rear of the property.
Please note, we cannot guarantee that the hot tub will be up to maximum temperature on the day of your arrival due to the cleaning process required between guests.

As you enter this beautifully designed coastal retreat you are immediately greeted with a bespoke built bench and shelving area where you can store you coats and shoes before heading on through the house.Kitchen/Dining Area
The enticing open plan kitchen/diner has a stunning central feature chalk wall that separates the two areas.The kitchen area is equipped with all the essential appliances and equipment you will need to cook your family a gourmet meal! Offering an oven, built-in ceramic hob, a microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine (pods not supplied).
The chic dining area seats up to 6 guests while overlooking the attractive rear garden.
Lounge
The warm and inviting lounge is the perfect multifunctional space in which to relax at any time of the day or even year. In the winter months you can light the wood burner to snuggle around and enjoy a good film on the Smart TV, or in the warmer summer months you can open the French doors onto the large decking area to unify the interior and exterior spaces. The colours and textures used in the design of this room give it an opulent vibe.Bedrooms & Bathrooms
There are three homely bedrooms on the first floor, all of which have shared use of the family bathroom.Bedroom 1
Overlooking the rear garden, this bedroom is filled with natural light through the large Velux windows and offers a king size bed, drawer storage and a hanging rail.

This elegant bedroom offers a super king size bed (which is zip and link so can also be a twin), a chest of drawers, hanging rail and a comfy armchair for some relaxed reading time!
Bedroom 3
The stylish twin room offers 2 full size single beds, a hanging rail and a full length mirror.
Family Bathroom
Set in the eaves of the house, this sleek and modern bathroom is the perfect place to enjoy an invigorating morning shower, or a blissful soak in the tub at the end of a long day! Furnished with an oval freestanding bath, a walk-in rainfall shower, wash hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail.
There is also a separate WC with hand basin located on the ground floor.
