The space has been thoughtfully considered and re-designed to make this house flow and allow you to move easily from room to room. It is the perfect space for socialising with family and friends and should you wish, create wonderful home cooked meals in the well-equipped kitchen. The three bedrooms are each serviced by their own bathroom with one located on the ground floor.Outside
At the rear of the property there is a fully enclosed south facing garden with a gravelled area offering outdoor seating, and a raised lawn area. There is also a doggie shower outside with warm water, perfect for washing off muddy boots or sandy paws!There is off-road parking for up to 3 cars on the gravelled area located to the side of the property. Please note the attached garage belongs to the neighbouring property and should not be parked in front of.

Living Area
The open plan living area comprises a kitchen, dining area and cosy lounge.The contemporary kitchen is perfect for any keen cook and is well-equipped with a large range cooker with hob, ceramic butler sink recessed into the centre island, integrated fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided). The centre island also doubles as a breakfast bar and is lined with 3 stools. There is a separate utility room adjoining the kitchen area where you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer, additional sink and a microwave.
The dining area is spacious and light, set beside the large sliding doors overlooking the lovely rear garden, and is the ideal place to gather for a home cooked meal.
The cosy lounge has classically designed wood panelling and the subtle colour pallet creates a calm, warm inviting space to relax and unwind. The large L shaped sofa and two armchairs provide the perfect spot for your party to gather, and on the cooler coastal evenings you can enjoy snuggling up in front of the wood burner.

Bedroom 1: Located on the ground floor with a feature exposed flint wall, this room offers a comfy king size bed, wall hanging space, and an en suite with a rainfall shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.Bedroom 2: Located on the first floor, the master bedroom features a super king size bed, free-standing wardrobe, and an en suite with a rainfall shower, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.
Bedroom 3: Set on the first floor, overlooking the rear garden and fields beyond, this room is furnished with a king size bed (which is zip and link so can be set as a twin upon request when booking), built-in wardrobes, and is serviced by the neighbouring family bathroom.
Family Bathroom: The contemporary styled bathroom features a roll top bath, hand basin, WC and a heated towel radiator.
