Nestled in the dreamy seaside village of Thornham, stands Fulmar, a modern white and timber clad property where families and friends can adventure together. Wake up to the wilds of North Norfolk, light flooding through the large windows as you slide open the doors and savour your coffee and morning papers under Norfolk’s famous big blue skies. Immerse yourself in village life enjoying delicious pub lunches, breath-taking strolls along the coastal path before wandering the boutiques and stocking up on essentials from the farm shop and local artisans at Drove Orchard.

Inside

On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious en-suite king bedroom before ascending the sculptural staircase to discover two more en-suite king bedrooms and a twin, all designed to offer your own private escape. The real heart of the house is the open-plan living area, with a well-equipped, made for dancing, kitchen and dining area which flows seamlessly into a stylish lounge where the family can snuggle down in front of the wood burner. The ground floor oozes with natural light, exposed brickwork, wood cladding, and glimpses to the beautifully landscaped garden. Not forgetting the dedicated games room for table football tournaments and movie nights in with the whole gang, popcorn in abundance. Please note that a stairgate can only be used in doorways, not on the stairs, at this property.

Outside

An oasis of tranquillity, the garden has been beautifully landscaped with a contemporary design and boasts lush greenery and a patio for entertaining with a BBQ and al fresco dining area. Please note there is a small gap at the bottom of the garden gate that leads to the driveway, under which very small dogs could escape.

There is off-road parking for 3 cars on the gravel driveway at the front of the property.

Thornham village sits in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and visitors can enjoy excellent views of the coast from the chalk ridges that lie just inland, before descending onto the saltmarshes and beaches of the coastline. Thornham has an excellent array of pubs and restaurants as well as the shops, deli and famous fish and chips at Drove Orchards, which makes a great spot to visit and well worth dropping into as you meander down the coast.
