The house is thoughtfully designed for both togetherness and quiet escape. Carefully curated social spaces bring everyone together - from shared meals and celebratory suppers to evenings of card games, fireside laughter and friendly competition around the pool table - while a playroom just off the main lounge gives little one’s space to play whilst you sink into the squishy sofas with a favourite book. And at the end of the day you can retreat to one of the four sumptuous, boutique-style bedrooms, where every guest has their own place to rest and recharge, ready for another day of beachside adventure.

Outside

Outside, the enclosed garden provides a safe and peaceful space to relax, whether it’s morning coffee in the fresh coastal air or evening drinks after a day exploring. With off-road parking for two cars and the added convenience of an EV charger (additional cost of £35 per week), everything has been thought of for a stress-free stay. The property is also dog-friendly (welcoming up to three dogs) and well-equipped for infants and children, making it perfectly suited to family life.

The beautifully designed lounge is a warm and inviting space, perfect for relaxing together after a day exploring the North Norfolk coast. Thoughtfully styled with soft, earthy tones, plush seating and natural textures, the room centres around a charming fireplace, ideal for cosy evenings in. A Smart TV and comfortable sofas provide the perfect setting for movie nights or quiet downtime, while the elegant finishes and calming palette create a truly homely, boutique feel.

Adjoining the lounge, the spacious games and children’s playroom offers a fantastic additional living area, ideal for keeping all ages entertained. Featuring a full-size pool table, children’s toys, desk area and comfortable seating, this versatile space is perfect for friendly competition, rainy-day activities or giving younger guests their own area to play and unwind.

The kitchen and dining area at forms the heart of the home - an inviting, sociable space designed for gathering, cooking and spending time together. Beautifully finished with a bespoke design, it features a large central island with marble worktops, large electric cooker with induction hob, Fisher and Paykel fridge freezer, double sink, integrated dishwasher, ‘Grind’ Nespresso coffee machine (pods not provided), kettle and toaster, making it perfect for everything from relaxed breakfasts to evening entertaining.

Natural light floods in through the bifold doors, which can be fully opened in the warmer months to create a seamless indoor-outdoor space, perfect for summer living. Featuring a luxurious king-size bed, soft neutral tones and elegant finishes, the room also includes a wall-mounted Smart TV, wardrobe and dressing table, providing both comfort and practicality for a relaxed stay. The adjoining en suite is bright and spacious, complete with a large walk-in rainfall shower with additional hand-held shower attachment, hand basin, WC and a heated towel rail, creating a light, spa-like atmosphere.

Bedroom 2: This spacious and serene master bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, dressing table with stool, built-in wardrobes, and a cosy seating area. It provides plenty of space to relax and unwind, with natural light enhancing the calm, airy feel. A unique feature of this room is the built-in bath, set within the bedroom and enclosed by a panelled wall. There is also a separate en suite with a walk-in shower plus additional hand-held shower attachment and WC.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom features a super king-size zip-and-link bed, which can also be arranged as twins upon request, and a built-in wardrobe, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for families or groups. Guest’s staying in this room share access to the nearby family bathroom.
