The heart of the home unfolds in a beautifully designed open-plan space where cooking, dining and relaxing come together with ease. A statement kitchen island invites grazing and gathering, while warm woods, soft neutrals and exposed beams create a space that feels both elevated and welcoming. The upstairs snug offers a cosy retreat for film nights or quiet moments away from the hubbub and the master en-suite encourages indulgent soaks with a glass of red and a good book.

With a glorious beach and thriving fishing and sailing communities, Brancaster is perfect for a coastal holiday. Brancaster sits on the Norfolk Coast Path and is made up of two villages, Brancaster Staithe and Brancaster.

Brancaster beach is one of Norfolk’s glorious beaches, with miles of unspoilt golden sand, as far as the eye can see, and also has the added advantage of being incredibly child friendly and dog friendly too.

There are plenty of pubs in and around Brancaster so you'll never be short of somewhere to visit after your day at the beach.
