Come rain or shine, wake up to the sounds of the sea from the snugness of one of your four luxury bedrooms, before morning coffee, and giggles on the huge sofa while you plan your day ahead. Gather around the dining table for tasty take out from Eric’s Pizza or epic home cooked meals from the abundance of local produce on your doorstep, finished off with boards games and a bottle of red. Willow Lodge is a delightful retreat offering modern open plan living with the gang, yet peaceful corners to take a moment from the everyday hustle and bustle of busy life.

Outside:

In the warmer months Willow Lodge is perfectly positioned for a summer escape; morning ambles to Thornham Deli for fresh pastries and frothy cappuccinos to devour on your terrace as you decide on your next adventure. Lazy afternoons with scrabble and a glass of something chilled alfresco in your enclosed garden, the French doors open and the sounds of the waves your soundtrack. Fresh fish from Gurneys at Drove Orchard sizzling away on the BBQ, games of tag with the little ones and a glass of fizz from your welcome hamper as you enjoy your sweet coastal seclusion.

There is off-road parking for up to 3 cars on the gravel driveway.

Living Areas

As you enter this lovely house, you will immediately feel relaxed and at home. Kick off your shoes and hang up your coats in the boot room before heading through to the comfortable living areas.

The open plan lounge/dining room is a great social space, perfect for spending some quality time with your friends and family. The lounge is furnished with a large corner sofa, two armchairs and pouffes, a large smart TV, and a wall-mounted electric fire. The dining area comfortably seats 8-10 guests and is set overlooking the rear garden, with patio doors leading outside. There is also a selection of books and family games available for some family entertainment.

The kitchen is very well-equipped with everything you could need, including 2 built-in electric ovens, a built-in microwave, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and a Tassimo coffee machine (pods not provided). There is also a breakfast table for 2.

There is also a WC and wash handbasin located on this floor.

Games Room

Located on the 2^nd floor is the games room where you will find a pool table and an Xbox 360 with 2 controllers, the perfect hideout for the children (and big kids!) of the family.

There are 4 elegant bedrooms set over the first and second floors of the property, all with their own bathrooms.

Bedroom 1: Set on the first floor, this room is furnished with a king size bed, dressing table with chair and mirror, relaxed seating and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing area. This room also has an en suite with a large power shower, twin hand basins, heated towel rail, and a WC.

Bedroom 2: Set on the first floor, this room is furnished with a super king size bed, dressing table with chair and mirror, free-standing chest of drawers, and a walk-in wardrobe/dressing area. This room also has an en suite with a power shower, separate bath with hand-held shower attachment, hand basin, heated towel rail, and a WC.

Bedroom 3: This twin room is located on the first floor and is furnished with 2 full size single beds, a free-standing wardrobe and chest of drawers, relaxed seating, and an en suite with a large power shower, hand basin, heated towel rail, and WC.

Bedroom 4: Located on the 2^nd floor, this cosy bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, a free-standing wardrobe with drawers, and a dressing table with chair and mirror. This room has sole use of the adjacent family bathroom.

Family Bathroom: Equipped with a bath and hand-held shower, hand basin, WC, and a heated towel rail.

Thornham village sits in the North Norfolk Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and visitors can enjoy excellent views of the coast from the chalk ridges that lie just inland, before descending onto the saltmarshes and beaches of the coastline. Thornham has an excellent array of pubs and restaurants as well as the shops, deli and famous fish and chips at Drove Orchards, which makes a great spot to visit and well worth dropping into as you meander down the coast.
